MEMBERSHIP
Membership Eligibility
Parents and friends of all past or present student athletes, as well as any other sports enthusiast interested in the athletic programs of the Elgin Independent School District, who desire membership, shall be eligible for membership in the WBC.
Membership Dues
There will be yearly membership dues of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per person, per year, for regular active members. Dues may be increased or decreased by the Executive Board and a majority vote of the general active membership. Active members are defined as those members who have paid their annual dues each school year. Only active members will have voting privileges.
Member Meetings
The regular meetings of the WBC are generally held each month during the school year.
The annual meeting is generally held each year in June.
